Individually strong.
Together, unstoppable.
Four purpose-built devices. One integrated super-bore aspiration platform. The Broadway System is designed to support the full path from initial access to aspiration at the clot face.
Our approach to innovation begins with understanding where meaningful progress is still needed. In aspiration, the mission is clear: reach the clot face and restore blood flow as quickly as possible. But the path is rarely simple.
For years, a fundamental tradeoff has persisted between aspiration power and the trackability and support needed to navigate complex anatomy and reach the clot face.
That's where we focused.
The Broadway System* brings together four devices as one coordinated aspiration solution, with each component serving a distinct purpose across access, support, delivery and aspiration. Each part has a role. Each detail has a reason.
Dash Hydrophilic Sheath Introducer
Establish initial access
A thin-wall, braided-reinforced hydrophilic short sheath designed to accommodate the 9F Broadway System* while maintaining a familiar 8F closure approach.
Echo Intracranial Base Catheter
Build proximal support
A supportive intracranial base catheter with a 2.54 mm / 0.100 in inner diameter, designed to provide the stability and lumen needed to deliver Broadway 8.
FastPass Delivery Assist Catheter
Create the pathway
A delivery assist catheter designed to minimize the ledge and support smooth navigation of Broadway 8 into the M1.
Broadway 8 Catheter
Bring aspiration to the clot
A super-bore aspiration catheter with a 2.13 mm / 0.084 in inner diameter and a 2.41 mm / 0.095 in distal outer diameter, designed to balance aspiration performance with the navigability needed to reach the M1.
36OMax™ Laser Technology is the engineering approach behind Broadway and Echo’s balance of lumen size, flexibility, support and trackability.
Our patented technology leverages thousands of laser cuts in a stainless steel hypotube to create distinct structural patterns that balance flexibility and support while maintaining lumen patency and kink resistance.
01
Supports navigation through complex anatomy.
02
Helps create a stable path toward the target.
03
Designed to preserve the working lumen.
04
Supports responsive catheter performance.
A: Echo proximal "supportive" cut pattern
B: Broadway 8 distal "flex" cut pattern
Once delivered to the target vessel, Broadway 8 is designed to support clot engagement and efficient aspiration, helping physicians remove clot and restore blood flow.
Its 2.41 mm / 0.095 in distal outer diameter and 2.13 mm / 0.084 in inner diameter were purposefully selected based on research across hundreds of patients. In the ASSIST Registry, the average M1 diameter was 2.43 mm.

Designed with intention. Refined with evidence.
The Broadway System* was built to help physicians bring super-bore aspiration to the clot face without sacrificing the navigation needed to get there. Early pre-clinical testing and physician experience supports that design intent.
