Stryker named one of the Best Workplaces in Texas for 4th year

Great Place to Work (GPTW) named Stryker one of the Best Workplaces in Texas. Stryker ranked #48 out of 65 large companies.

To compile the list of companies, GPTW asked more than 73,000 employees how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace and whether an organization is consistently a great place to work for all its people.

GPTW also collected demographic and program data from companies and considered the number of employees located in Texas who responded to the survey. Rankings were primarily decided by employee feedback on a survey.
