Fortune names Stryker a Best Workplace for Parents

For a fourth year, Great Place to Work (GPTW) has named Stryker a Best Workplace for Parents in the U.S. We rank #39 out of 100 companies. This honor recognizes companies who create a consistently positive experience for working parents during this unprecedented year.

To compile the list, GPTW analyzed the experiences of parents through their responses in the Trust Index Survey along with the practices and programs of the organization. The survey captured parents’ feedback on their daily experiences of inclusivity and opportunities for advancement at their organizations, among other differentiators. Additionally, GPTW assessed companies’ responses to the pandemic and how each company is supporting working parents.
