FORTUNE names Stryker to the list of Best Workplaces for Giving Back

For the second year in a row, Fortune and Great Place to Work has named Stryker a Best Workplace for Giving Back. Stryker ranked #22 out of 50 companies. Through our work with organizations like Operation Smile, Stryker provides employees an opportunity to give back to the global community.

“Our global partnerships allow us to save lives and strengthen health systems,” said Anita Mehta, Stryker’s Director of Social Responsibility. “We are advancing healthcare through medical education and medical missions that directly serve under-resourced populations.”

To compile the list of U.S. companies employees feel are doing the best job at giving back, Great Place to Work reviews employee responses to questions such as how proud they are of their impact on the community and whether their work has special meaning.
