FORTUNE names Stryker a Best Workplace for Women

For the second consecutive year, FORTUNE and Great Place to Work (GPTW) named Stryker one of the 75 Best Workplaces for Women in the large companies’ category. We rank #70 on the list.
To compile the list, GPTW analyzed the responses of more than 540,000 people on an employee engagement survey to determine if a company is creating a great workplace for all people regardless of gender or other personal characteristics.
To qualify, companies need to employ at least 50 women, have at least 20 percent female non-executive managers in the workforce, and have at least one female executive. Companies with 1,000 or more employees are considered for the large companies category.
