To be used for sterile products that are in the extended compliance wave grace period and do not have a UDI on the label. Use the catalog number, use by/expiration date, batch/lot code and device packaging level to create the UDI using this tool.
Note: GTIN download reports are intended for UDI compliance and should not be relied upon for customer ordering.
