Under the program, all repairs, regardless of fault, are covered. Repairs are unlimited for the life of the agreement.
Increasing your OR uptime! A free loaner is available whenever your equipment is in for repair. We offer repair or replacement for your endoscopes, with a 24 hour turnaround time.
Equipment covered under this program is pre-approved for any service or repair need. No additional administrative processes are needed, saving time and reducing the need for purchase orders.
Turnaround time will be faster, as your repairs take priority with us.
Flexible Terms and Payment
The terms of the program are flexible, from 1-5 years. Payment can be made up-front or setup on a recurring basis with no additional fees, whatever fits your budgeting needs.
No hidden fees or additional repair expenses will be incurred. This allows you to know the cost of owning your product for the life of the agreement!

This exchange program allows you, the customer, to keep the replacement scope and simply return your damaged product to Stryker.
Stryker performs an extensive diagnostic analysis of all damaged incoming scopes. All functions of the scope are tested to ensure excellent optical performance, including focus, hardware adaptability, quality light output and illumination.

Our service technicians can troubleshoot Stryker products to decrease delays and increase efficiency. Stryker service technicians perform a daily check and inspection of Stryker video equipment to help ensure optimal working conditions.
Stryker service technicians can manage and set up Stryker equipment so operating room personnel can focus on patient care. They will clean, prepare and manage instruments, including scopes, trocars, scissors and dissectors for daily case loads. Our service technicians can also help ensure that trays are complete, instruments are working to peak performance, and assist in sterilization for quicker instrument turnover.
