Numelock Polyaxial Locking System
The Numelock II Polyaxial Stainless Steel Locking System is designed to treat periarticular fractures of the upper extremity. The plates include:
- Proximal humerus
- Medial distal humerus
- Lateral distal humerus

- Polyaxial locking mechanism allows screws to be positioned according to help fracture pattern or to avoid another implant. Plates are positioned to fit patient anatomy
- Locking screw insertion angles up to 30°
- Screws have unique thread and conical core design that may reduce effects of cross-threading and cold welding
- Anatomically shaped plates are designed to reduce the need for plate contouring
