- Accommodates 5.0mm locking inserts and locking screws in plate diaphysis, standard 4.5mm cortical screws, 6.5mm cancellous screws, and Asnis III cannulated screws
- Appropriate locking instrumentation available for applying locking inserts and screws to the Omega3 hip plate
- Omega3 plates compatible with Omega3 Plus instrumentation
