Ray Threaded Fusion Cage Unite ALIF
This device may be used anteriorly . The Ray TFC Unite system features the same 70 percent fenestrations. The device’s maximum bone-to-bone contact is key in the formation of new bone. The Ray TFC Unite system promotes load sharing between the device and the spine.* In an anterior procedure using the Unite system, one Ray TFC device is interdigitated (closely aligned) with one Ray TFC Unite device. The Ray TFC device’s lateral arches (medially and laterally) allow its interdigitation with a Unite device. The two-cage construct is introduced to the interbody space through a dual-tang retractor.
Key advantages include:
- 70 percent fenestration provides maximum exposure for bone-to-bone contact
- Biomechanics distribute axial load to the bone graft while focusing on end plate preservation*
- Strategic Lateral Arches: Medial/Lateral save 3mm per implant
- Dual-tang design places TFC and Unite closely together for interdigitation that prevents cage rotation
