The cervical spine is comprised of the first seven vertebrae of the spine, the neck region. Cervical stenosis and herniated discs are common pathologies of the cervical spine. Standard treatments for these diseases involve the use of spinal instrumentation such as anterior cervical plates and posterior rod constructs. Stryker Spine has developed systems suited for use in the surgical treatment of these pathologies such as the Reflex and Reflex Hybrid ACP Systems and the Oasys System.
