Duracon Total Stabilizer Revision System – Tibial Components
The core material of Duracon TS Revision Tibial Components is Cobalt chromium alloy. The broad keel of these products helps to effectively stabilizes the component on poor quality bone commonly seen in revision tibias.
Features and Benefits
Tibial Bone Augmentation Design
- Bone augmentation blocks are mechanically attached to tibial tray
- Tibial bone augmentation blocks: 5mm,10mm
Offset Adapters
- 4mm, 6mm, 8mm offset adaptors allow radial positioning of the tibail tray about the Stem Extender for bone coverage in tibial applications
- Offsetting capabilities minimize tibial tray overhang that may occur when using Stem Extenders
Tibial Bearing Inserts – UHMWPE
- TS Insert provides posterior stabilization, varus/valgus and rotational stability
- Available in 11mm-31mm thicknesses
Stem Extension Design
- Cobalt-chromium cemented and titanium-fluted non-cemented stem extender options address all approaches to IM fixation
- Interchangeable stems minimize OR inventory; one set works for both femoral and tibial components
- Non-cemented stem lengths for femoral and tibial components: 80mm,155mm
- 12 diameters (10mm-19mm; 21mm,23mm)
