Real-Time Navigation
Real-time Trauma Navigation from Stryker
Surgeons can pinpoint the position of the tip and axis of a tracked instrument during trauma surgery with a Universal Tool Tracker. Both the tip and axis are displayed in real-time fluoroscopic images, and surgeons can adjust the tip position and axis diameter to measure and reference the applied instrument/implant.
Stryker’s Trauma Navigation System helps provide real-time navigation of basic trauma instrumentation on multiple fluoroscopic images simultaneously. Key advantages include:
• Reduced x-ray exposure
• Navigation of C-arm for more accurate images
• Initial fluoroscopic images captured are used throughout the navigated applications
• Improved visualization with up to four active navigation displays
