Return Policy for Edit Elite
Stryker will accept returns of Edit Elite software within 30 days of purchase.
We are unable to provide refunds to those who have previously purchased a license for any Stryker Edit Elite product and have returned the product.
You must cease all use of Edit Elite and delete any copies of the software. You are required to comply with the Terms of Use to which you agreed when you purchased Edit Elite, particularly Sections 4 (License Restrictions) and 15 (Confidentiality).

Please contact (408) 754-2742 and indicate the reason for your return. If directed to voicemail, please leave your full name and phone number and a Stryker representative will contact you within 24 hours.
If you have not yet received, or, have lost your software license key, please email us at endoinfo@stryker.com and include your full name, company name, address, and phone number so we can identify your order.
This return policy information is applicable only if you have purchased Edit Elite through this website. If you have purchased Edit Elite through any means other than through this website, please contact your Stryker sales representative or Stryker Customer Service at (408) 754-2742.
