Nasopore, a bioresorbable nasal dressing for use as a sinus splint. Provides controlled compression at the tissue site and is currently the only product on the market that maintains the same compression strength while absorbing the sinus cavity’s natural fluids during the healing process. Nasopore resorbs naturally within several days. Nasopore provides rapid fragmentation to avoid the risk of infection.
