Andrew Fox-Smith
Andrew Fox-Smith was named group president, International, in December 2008 and is responsible for the leadership of the Europe, Japan, Canada, Australia/New Zealand and Emerging Markets Divisions. Mr. Fox-Smith began his career with Howmedica in February 1994 where he held various sales and marketing positions until 1998 when the company was acquired by Stryker and Mr. Fox-Smith was named managing director of Stryker U.K. and Ireland. He subsequently served as vice president and general manager and then president of the Pacific division from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Fox-Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Charles Sturt University in Australia and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. |  |
