Michael W. Rude
Mike Rude joined Stryker as vice president, human resources, in July 2000. Mr. Rude is responsible for all worldwide human resource activities, including organization and talent management, executive compensation, health and welfare plans and human resources information systems. Prior to joining Stryker, Mr. Rude served as vice president, human resources, for the cardiology division of Boston Scientific. He previously served in various HR generalist and organizational development leadership positions at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Mr. Rude started his professional career at Baxter International, where he held various human resources roles at the division, group and corporate level. Mr. Rude holds a B.A. and M.A. in Organizational Communications from the University of Illinois. |  |
