I made decisions based on the heart, the head and my core values. I started at Stryker South Pacific as a CFO, where I developed and implemented a compliance program. In 2006, I moved to the U.S. as Stryker’s chief compliance officer to build the global compliance program. This role gave me the opportunity to be a change agent and to partner with great people from many different cultures. I have also found myself in an informal mentoring role and recently saw my role at Stryker expand to include additional responsibilities. Looking back, my career choices have all contributed to my current professional standing.
