I joined Stryker in Puerto Rico as an engineer for the Instruments division. I had my first opportunity to attend a surgery and see a knee replacement procedure, and this really opened my eyes to see how the decisions I made every day impacted other peoples’ lives. Today, I am a manager at our Endoscopy division in San Jose, California. I am surrounded by talented people that strive to provide their best every day to meet and exceed personal and team goals. This keeps me energized and engaged.
