I work in an incredibly diverse environment. As I often work with people from and travel to several countries a year, I need to be sensitive to the local culture in order to be effective. I’ve also had a chance to learn French and German while working at Stryker.

Working for Stryker helps people live better lives. This is a huge motivator to design, manufacture and sell the best implant at the highest quality. I leave no stone unturned when looking for product and process improvements.

Stryker allows me to take responsibility for my work, and creates an environment that values people’s input and opinions. An interesting project I worked on was making the Hoffmann II External Fixation system safe for use in an MRI. You can achieve a lot when you do what you do best every day.
