Whether shipped to us or serviced at your facility, your large equipment and handheld devices are well cared for with Stryker ProCare service plans. We provide service and workflow solutions intended to maximize the life and value of your capital investments and to help control operating costs. ProCare service plans can help maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and provide documentation that will support Joint Commission and DNV requirements.

Service Delivery Types

FACTORY REPAIR

For smaller Stryker devices, repairs are performed at one of our authorized facilities where they undergo a rigorous testing process. You receive unlimited parts and labor as well as complimentary replacements and loaners* for your small devices – all meant to make service as easy as possible.

FIELD SERVICE

With one of the largest teams of field service technicians, we provide rapid repair and preventative maintenance** on large equipment at your facility. Under our service plans, you receive unlimited service, factory original parts and extensively trained technicians - all part of the ProCare difference.

DEDICATED ONSITE SERVICE

The OnSite plan provides one or more dedicated Stryker specialists to support your facility. Specialists are available throughout the day to manage repairs and for some contract options, support the OR through customizable solutions including workflow, case cart and fleet management.
