Warranty
All Stryker products are protected with a set manufacturer’s warranty which proclaims products to be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product. Please contact your local sales representative for detailed product warranty information.
Certified Stryker Repair
Stryker has numerous repair centers that house experienced technicians performing high quality repairs. The use of original components as well as stainless medical-grade steel, laser welding and soldering brings each piece of equipment back into manufacturer specifications as quickly as possible.
ProCare Preventative Maintenance
Stryker authorized Service Technicians inspect your medical equipment to complete a functional evaluation, identifying any service that may be required. Any products requiring additional service will be quoted on a time and materials basis and preformed at the customer’s request. A maintenance checklist filled out by the technician is left for your records.
ProCare Contracts
For those customers searching for an all-inclusive, hassle-free service program, Stryker offers ProCare contracts. ProCare contracts cover all repair, regardless of fault, for the life of the contract. Loaners are available whenever equipment is in for repair. Surgical Specialists
For our most valued customers, we offer the services of Endoscopic Surgical Specialists. Surgical Specialists manage video equipment, troubleshoot technical issues and oversee the workflow management of Stryker equipment at your account.
