ProCare Standard Warranty
Stryker’s Standard Warranty service program covers product installation, phone support and basic software fixes. -
ProCare Extended Warranty
Stryker’s Extended Warranty program includes the benefits of the Standard Warranty plus prioritized repairs, basic SORN management coverage and free unlimited labor on basic replacements for the life of the contract. -
ProCare Platinum Warranty
ProCare Platinum Warranty is an all inclusive program that combines ProCare with Preventative Maintenance checks, two days of training for a Bio Med representative and basic upgrades on all software plus the benefits of the Standard and Extended Warranty programs.
Preventative Maintenance
Stryker’s Preventative Maintenance Plan is a proactive way to assure your integrated OR equipment works now and in the future. Stryker Service Technicians perform initial installation inspections and, upon request, will perform routine preventative maintenance checks on booms, lights, and the integration system.
Regionalized Services Team
Stryker Communications’ Services Team operates with a regionalized model for service and support of our product line. Each Regional Team consists of a Regional Services Manager, a Technical Team Lead, Project Managers, Field Service Technicians and Integration Specialists.

By tracking and managing service requests in Dallas and then relaying the ownership and resolution to one of the Regionalized Integration Teams, Stryker ensures all issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
