Stryker South Pacific annually recruits and develops talented individuals through the Sales/Marketing Graduate Development Program.

Development Provided
Graduate Trainees will be provided with a comprehensive induction to Stryker South Pacific and opportunities to learn and grow through:

Training and Development - Structured training, on the job learning and professional development activities.

Mentors - Mentors are employees, generally at higher levels in Stryker South Pacific who provide support.

Placement Supervisors - Supervisors are responsible for overseeing a work program for the Graduate, managing their performance and helping them learn.

Program Coordinator - The first point of contact for everyone involved in the program and responsible for ongoing effective facilitation of the program.
